margin-bottom: 10px;"><section style="text-align: justify; color: #3e3e3e; line-height: 1.8; padding-right: 15px; padding-left: 15px;"><p style="text-indent: 2em; text-wrap: wrap;">程一森指出，开展党政主要负责同志年度述法工作，是深入学习贯彻习近平法治思想的具体实践，是压实法治建设主体责任的重要举措。程一森强调：要坚持深学细悟，夯实法治建设根基。要把学习贯彻习近平法治思想同贯彻落实党中央决策部署和省委、南平市委、邵武市委工作要求紧密结合起来，与巩固拓展主题教育成果紧密结合起来，深入贯彻落实深化拓展“三争”行动、细化实化“五增”目标要求，用好领导干部述法这个有力抓手，推动党政主要负责人不断增强推进法治建设的思想自觉、政治自觉、行动自觉。要全面统筹推进，提升法治建设质效。要统筹一体推进法治政府建设、法治邵武建设、法治社会建设，深入开展全国法治政府示范创建，扎实推进行政复议体制改革、综合行政执法体制改革，全力打造法治化营商环境新高地。要深化司法体制综合配套改革，强化对司法活动的制约监督，持续规范司法权力运行，让广大群众在每一起司法案件中感受到公平正义。要深入推进“八五”普法，全面落实“谁执法谁普法”责任制，推动法治社会建设扩面提质。要强化履职担当，压实法治建设责任。各级党政主要负责人要严格履行第一责任人职责，以“关键少数”引领“绝大多数”，切实当好法治建设的组织者、推动者和实践者；要以专题述法评议为契机，坚持问题导向、目标导向，严格法治督察，推动提升运用法治思维、法治方式深化改革、推动发展、化解矛盾、维护稳定的能力和水平，努力为奋力谱写新时代“邵武是个好地方”绿色高质量发展新篇章提供坚强的法治保障。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: 10px;
