letter-spacing: 1px;">为严厉打击涉肉类产品违法犯罪行为，保障肉类产品质量安全， 全力守护人民群众“舌尖上的安全”，面向社会公开征集肉制品违法犯罪线索，现将有关事项通告如下: </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">一、征集线索范围</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(一)生肉及肉制品生产经营者在生产、销售、运输、贮存过程中，生产经营属于病死、死因不明或者检疫不合格的畜、禽、兽、水产动物肉类及其制品，违反食品安全标准，超限量、超范围滥用食品添加剂的违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(二)夜市、烧烤店、火锅店、大排档等餐饮服务单位、集中用餐单位食堂，采购来源不明、未经检验检疫或者检验检疫不合格的肉类、走私冻肉，采购、制售假冒牛(羊、鸡)肉及肉制品，非法使用亚硝酸盐，超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂等违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(三)肉制品加工中掺杂掺假、以次充好，违规使用鸡、鸭等其他肉类冒充(掺入)牛羊肉及其制品等生产加工食品的违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(四)未经许可从事禽畜私屠滥宰的违法行为，违法使用“瘦肉精”等禁止使用的药品及其化合物， 以及注水、注药或者注入其他物质，不按规定自行对病死畜禽进行无害化处理，或者其他违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(五)符合生猪定点屠宰条件，未经定点屠宰从事生猪屠宰活动以及非法买卖、伪造检疫合格证明等违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(六)未经许可或备案从事肉制品生产加工的黑窝点、黑作坊， 以及销售来源不明的熟食、卤味、 腌制等肉制品违法犯罪行为；走私冷冻肉类产品更换包装、非法销售等违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(七)肉类产品生产企业、小作坊生产、经营存在添加非食用物质、农兽药残留超标、超范围、超限量使用食品添加剂等情形的肉类产品违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(八)商超、便利店、旅游特产零售店、餐饮店以及摊贩等制售假冒伪劣旅游风味食品特产的违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(九)其他畜禽养殖、屠宰、 无害化处理及肉类产品生产经营环节的违法犯罪线索。 </span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(十)非法买卖、加工、食用野生动物及其肉制品违法犯罪线索。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">二、线索举报说明</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(一)检举、揭发、提供的相关违法犯罪线索有明确的举报对象、时间、地点、类别等，举报违法犯罪事实有实物、图片、音视频等必要的证据。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; letter-spacing: 1px;">(二)举报人要实事求是，对于恶意举报、诬告、陷害他人的， 公安机关将依法追究法律责任。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;
