height: 401px;" src="https://pic.app.sw0599.com/FigPvkTBheDGiR4Yyu-ko82B8UYG" /></section></section><section style="text-align: justify;"><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"> 会上，市场监管局审批人员对各乡镇（街道）便民服务中心综合窗口工作人员开展业务培训。邵武市根据《南平市推行乡镇便民服务中心“家门口办照”便民服务工作指引》的文件要求，从11月1日开始，乡镇（街道）便民服务中心可以办理个体工商户设立登记注册、变更登记注册、注销登记注册、备案和证照遗失补领、换发；食品经营许可新办审批、变更审批、延续审批、注销审批、补证审批；仅销售预包装食品经营者备案首次备案、变更备案、注销备案等13个事项，通过互联网端“福建省网上办事大厅”或“远程云帮办”平台进行申报，核准通过后依申请人需求发放电子证照或邮寄纸质营业执照，需要线下领取的由乡镇便民服务中心工作人员统一领取并发放。</span></p><p> </p></section><section style="text-align: center;
