leaf="">11号)文件，我市近期森林火险等级高，且无有效降雨，极易引发森林火灾，为有效预防和遏制森林火灾的发生，确保我市森林防灭火形势稳定，依照《福建省森林防火条例》第十八条有关规定，邵武市人民政府决定发布第7号野外禁火命令，禁火期从2025年11月27日至2025年12月2日，在禁火期内，全市范围严禁一切野外用火。</span></p></section></section><section 2em;margin: 0px 0px 16px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">一、从2025年11月27日至2025年12月2日止，在全市范围内严禁一切野外用火。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 0px 0px 16px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">二、任何单位和个人都要遵守执行，凡违反本命令野外用火者，对直接责任人按《森林防火条例》有关规定进行依法从严处罚，造成严重损失的要依法严肃惩办，对造成森林火灾构成犯罪的依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin: 0px 0px
