根据气象预报，今年第5号台风“杜苏芮”今天8时中心距离台湾省鹅銮鼻南偏东方向约350公里（北纬18.8度、东经121.3度），中心附近最大风力17级（58米/秒，超强台风级）。预计“杜苏芮”将以每小时10～15公里的速度向西北方向移动，逐渐向台湾省南部沿海靠近，27日向我省中南部沿海靠近，可能于28日早晨到上午在福建中南部一带沿海登陆。受其影响，预计从27日夜里起到29日，我市风力明显增强，其中28日最大阵风可达6~9级，局部高山区可达10级，城区最大阵风可达6~8级；27~30日我市将出现一次强降水过程，全市有大雨到暴雨，局部大暴雨，过程累积雨量可达 60~120毫米，少数乡镇超过 180 毫米。</span></section><p style="text-indent:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;color: #0070c0;">一、台风来临前，需要做哪些准备？</span></strong></p><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1. 关注台风动态预警信息，低洼地、老旧房人员应按照村（居）干部通知要求及时转移，做好安全防护；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2. 在大风时关紧门窗；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3. 适当储备食物、水和药品；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">4. 准备移动电源、手电筒；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">5. 检查管道排水、电路、燃气等情况；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">6. 不在暴雨、大风等危险时段出行，及时转移至安全地带；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">7. 可能遭受大风影响的高楼层住户，建议在窗玻璃上用胶布贴“田”+“米”字图形，以防玻璃破碎伤人。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">8. 有车一族在台风来临前提前检查并保管好车辆，尽量将车辆驶离低洼地带等易进水路段。</span></section><p style="text-indent:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;color: #0070c0;">二、台风来了，要做好哪些准备?</span></strong></p><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1. 请再次检查加固简易工棚、临时搭建物；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2. 清理阳台可移动物品（花盆、杂物等），对安装在外立面的装置（空调外机、太阳能、移动衣架等）进行检查、加固等，防止高空坠物；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3. 台风期间请尽量待在室内，关好家里的门窗，如需出行，请备好雨具，防雨防雷击、注意人身安全；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">4. 台风袭来时，切勿靠近窗户，以免被强风吹破的窗玻璃片弄伤；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">5. 如发生需要救助情况，可拨打公安110、消防119、急救120求助。</span></section><p style="text-indent:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;color: #0070c0;">三、台风来临时如何避险？</span></strong></p><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1. 尽量不外出；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2. 避开广告牌；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3. 避开铁塔；</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 8px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">4. 远离大树；</span></section><section style="text-indent:
