font-size: 17px;">在走访慰问中，陈显卿强调，春节临近，安排保障好困难群众的节日生活，是党和政府工作的重中之重。各级各部门要在认识上再提高。牢固树立以人民为中心的发展思想，带着感情和责任，早筹划、早部署，把保障困难群众温暖、安全过冬作为当前重点工作抓好抓实，全力以赴确保困难群众温暖过冬、幸福过节。要在措施上再细化。深入践行“四下基层”优良作风，结合全民健康网格化服务体系、“幸福里”养老社区试点等模式，统筹社会资源和各方力量，用好用足各项救助帮扶政策，用情用力开展精准帮扶，尽心竭力排忧解难，切实将党和政府的温暖送到群众心坎上。要在安全上再加码。密切关注低温雨雪天气变化，围绕养老院、学校、市场等重点场所、人群密集区域，全方位多角度开展安全隐患排查整治，及时消除风险隐患，坚决防止事故发生。特别是要对独居老人、留守儿童、残疾人等特殊群体进行重点走访排查，发现安全隐患及时消除，做到不疏不漏、不留死角，确保人民群众度过一个欢乐、祥和、平安的新春佳节。</span></section></section></section></section></section></section><section style="outline: 0px;
