17px;">经过摸排，共整理出城区周边“沉睡土地”、“零碎空间”、大大小小杂乱闲置地块20余处，面积达20多万平方米。通过挖掘机整地，人工整形，彻底改良20多处杂乱闲置地块。园林服务中心按照“因地制宜、科学规划、宜树则树、宜草则草”的原则，“四季常绿、四季有花、四季变化”的要求，对福山公园二期80余亩鱼塘种植荷花、睡莲、西伯利亚鸢尾等水生植物，栽植花灌木，对其余“小微绿地”通过播撒草花籽方式，打造出一年四季不同的“迷你小花园”。</span></section><p
