line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">二、临时交通管制规定</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">（一）永宁公墓通行规定及停车管理</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">前往永宁公墓祭扫的车辆一律沿城南新天地泽月桥（城南实小分校旁）往新城大道方向行驶，小型轿车有序停放在1号停车场，待1号停车场停满后，车辆前往2号停车场有序停放，待2号停车场停满后，车辆前往3号停车场有序停放，并步行前往永宁公墓；二、三轮摩托车停放在4号停车场（体育中心），返程车辆一律由落云桥、惊雁桥进入严羽大道返回。（如图示）所有祭扫车辆按车类停放在相应停车场，禁止沿途停放。</span></p><section style="text-align: center; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">前往永福陵园祭扫的车辆一律沿月山关路（X805县道）沿山方向行驶，除公交车、非机动车允许双向通行外，祭扫机动车辆实行单向通行，返程机动车辆一律由月山关路（X805县道）往沿山方向驶出。自驾车可停放至永福陵园停车场，非机动车停放点为永福陵园停车场公厕旁。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">三、禁止占道经营和堆放杂物</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">4月1日至4月7日，交警、城管部门将对陵园周边各关键路段进行严控，严禁私自占道经营、摆摊设点、堆放杂物、乱停车辆，防止堵塞交通。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">四、严格火烛管制</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">为确保安全，严禁在城区道路上抛撒纸钱、燃放鞭炮等行为。祭扫人员应严格遵守相关规定，禁止鞭炮上山，并按照工作人员的引导，在公墓指定区域内点烛、烧纸、燃放鞭炮，防止引发森林火灾。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">五、倡导错峰祭扫</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px; margin-right: 8px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">预计4月4日、5日、6日为清明祭扫高峰期，建议市民主动避开祭扫高峰时段，采取错峰祭扫等办法有序进行现场祭扫。提倡老年人、未成年人不参加祭扫活动。</span></p><p style="margin-left: 8px;
