text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">吴贤清是肖家坊镇有名的种烟大户，说起烟叶烘烤直说是个苦差事。采摘下来的新鲜烟叶，需要在烤房里烘烤至金黄再出售。整个过程需7—8天，烤烟的时候要每两个小时添一次新煤、清一次炉渣，昼夜不停。不仅如此，满地的炉渣，呛人的煤烟味，燥热的烤房让烟农叫苦不迭。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 16px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">“这个烤房的使用时间一年可能会达到6个月，除了烘烤新鲜烟叶，其他时间我还结合自身需要利用它烘烤稻子、竹荪等。”吴贤清说，现在无论是煤，还是生物燃料的价格也都不便宜。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 16px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">烟农们的苦恼也是环保部门的心病。传统烤房零星分散且大多都是挨着房子建造，燃煤直燃直排、污染物低空排放，大气污染物仅二氧化硫一项，年排放量对环境来说就是个威胁。</span></section><section style="margin-bottom: 16px; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">如何让煤烤房绿色转型成了当务之急。“电代煤”从众多方案中脱颖而出。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="letter-spacing: 2px;">2023年以来，在市委市政府主导下，邵武市烟草专卖局与环保、供电等多部门协作，紧紧围绕低碳烘烤目标，扎实推进“以补代建”电能烤房建设项目，采用“农户自费+政策补贴”的模式，实施商品化烘烤，通过整合多方资源、各方渠道，持续推进烟叶烘烤方式转型升级。在多部门的推动下，2023年，邵武市烟草专卖局在肖家坊镇试点建设了25座“以补代建”电能烤房。</span></section><section style="text-indent: 2em;
