text-indent: 2em;">安全隐患拖不起，及时整改保平安。针对小区公维金提取不出和公维金不足等问题，通泰街道将符合老旧小区改造标准的小区纳入改造计划，不符合标准的小区则推动物业、开发商等多方共同筹措资金，确保能够及时整改到位，消除安全隐患。近年来通泰街道已累计筹集资金150余万元用于高层住宅小区消防设施改造。</p><section style="margin-left: 16px; margin-right: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 20px; color: #ff0000;">抓好整改落实</span></section><p style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 16px; margin-right: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">“我们在整改前，履行招标手续，严格筛选施工方；在整改中，邀请专业人员对整改方案进行研究细化，确保整改能够达到预期效果；在整改后，由市消防救援大队对整改情况进行达标验收，确保整改落实到位。”相关负责人表示。</p><p style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 16px; margin-right: 16px; text-indent: 2em;">通泰街道在整改过程中对照“体检报告”逐一“对账销号”。当前，已经完成了包括荣域小区在内的8个高层住宅小区的消防设施整改项目，治理成果初见成效。</p><p style="line-height: 2em; margin-left: 16px; margin-right: 16px;
