line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px; text-indent: 0em;"><strong><span style="color: #ff6827;">“清单化”管理，扩大掌控有保障</span></strong></section><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px;">下沙镇建立“网格化+清单化”工作机制，细分重点人群、场所等16类事项清单，明确管理标准及退出程序。通过定期、不定期组织镇村干部及派出所干警开展治安巡逻专项行动，对辖区各村及重点部位开展全覆盖巡查，坚决打击处置违法犯罪行为。同时，加强对社会治安、乡村治理、金融放贷、工程建设等重点领域排查整治、重点治乱，推进扫黑除恶常态化长效化，带动社会治安形势持续向好，人民群众获得感、幸福感、安全感稳步提升。今年来，发动网格员1000余人次，累计走访984次，实现重点人员全覆盖。</p><p style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 2em;">下沙镇积极构建“镇综治中心+司法所+派出所+村综治中心+N”的多部门协同联动的多元矛盾纠纷化解体系，持续推进“四个一”工作，全力打造“首席法律咨询专家下沙镇工作站”。同时在全域推行“吃茶话事”工作机制和平安指导员机制，通过每月召开平安指导员联席会议，组织平安指导员不定期深入挂点村，以“吃茶话事”、上门走访等方式常态化开展“访民情、听民意、解民优、惠民生”活动，努力做到小事不出村、大事不出镇，坚持做好稳控管理，严防激化矛盾、群体上访。今年以来，累计接待全省同行业参观学习7批120人次，建立“吃茶话事”点9个，开门接待群众78次288人，排查化解各类矛盾纠纷68件，为企业、群众提供法律服务16人次，维持辖区和谐稳定。</section><p style="text-align: center;
