桂林乡：深化集体林改 盘活“沉睡山林”

font-family: mp-quote, -apple-system-font, BlinkMacSystemFont, Helvetica Neue, PingFang SC, Hiragino Sans GB, Microsoft YaHei UI, Microsoft YaHei, Arial, sans-serif;">如何盘活“沉睡山林”，唯有改革破题。桂林乡充分利用LED屏、乡村广播、宣传栏、小微权力监督群等平台广泛宣传林改政策，提高林农对“森林生态银行·四个一”的信任度。同时，以项目资金为后盾，逐步放活山林经营权，促进森林增值。截至目前，流转林下空间经营权证2本，面积1173亩。完成林下黄精、七叶一枝花等特色中草药种植面积1000亩。建设毛竹丰产林示范基地3片，面积共计150亩。吸收收益林农58户，扶持毛竹专业合作社8家。并以槎口村为流转示范村，流转毛竹林面积5043亩，争取毛竹丰产林建设资金30万元，引进台湾鹭台贸易公司与乡贤合办合资企业1家，完善竹制品加工产业链。</span></section><section style="text-align: center;
