white-space: normal;">倡导节俭祭祀，不铺张浪费，不盲目攀比，以简约庄重的方式表达哀思。自觉摒弃不文明的祭祀方式，主动采取鲜花祭祀、植树祭祀、网络祭祀、家庭追思会等文明、环保、安全的祭祀方式，通过献一束花、植一棵树、清扫一次墓碑、诵读一篇祭文等方式寄托哀思，将中华民族慎终追远的情感融入现代文明的表达方式。通过文明、环保、健康的祭祀方式，表达对先人的追思与敬意，让清明节回归“清”与“明”的本质。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">三、遵守规定，安全有序祭扫</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1333em; white-space: normal;">严格遵守森林防火和禁燃禁放有关规定，不在山头、林地、墓地烧纸焚香、燃放鞭炮，坚决杜绝各类安全隐患。自觉维护祭祀场所公共秩序，听从民政、公安等部门工作人员安排，确保祭扫活动安全、顺畅、有序进行。合理安排祭祀时间，错峰祭扫，避免交通拥堵。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">四、移风易俗，党员示范引领</p><p style="text-indent: 2.1333em;
