line-height: 2em; margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: #000000;">据统计，传统人工插秧一个人一天最多1.5亩，平均每亩人工费用230元左右；插秧机根据机器大小、耕地实际情况每天插秧20-40亩，一天工钱、油钱在800元左右，每亩平均30元。“像山垅田只能人工插秧，工钱高就不说了，农忙还雇不到人。”拿口村党支部书记潘敏说，“现在农村大多是老年人，通过机械化不但可以大大提高插秧效率降低生产成本，还有效缓解劳动力不足的问题。”</span></p><section style="text-align: center; margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: #000000;">高标准农田建设是推进乡村全面振兴、助力现代农业发展的重要举措。当前，拿口镇正在全力推进的全域土地整治项目，初步划定6个千亩方耕地单元、8个百亩方耕地单元，形成新增耕地指标2600亩，新增建设用地指标300亩。</span></p><section style="text-indent: 2em;
