<span style="font-size: 17px;">根据气象部门预报，今年第5号台风“杜苏芮”预计于7月28日早晨到上午在我省东南沿海登陆，将带来强风强降雨，破坏力极大。邵武市人民政府防汛抗旱指挥部已于7月27日18时30分启动防暴雨Ⅱ级应急响应，经研究，现决定：</span>

<span style="font-size: 17px;">一、从7月27日19时起至防暴雨Ⅱ级应急响应结束之前，在全市范围内部分单位场所严格实行安全管控。</span>
