</p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">根据气象部门最新预测，今年第5号台风“杜苏芮”预计于7月28日夜间经过邵武，将会给我市带来强风强降雨，破坏力极大。按照市委市政府工作部署要求，经研究决定：</span>
</p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">一、全市进一步组织简易住房、简易工棚、活动板房、老旧危房、铁皮房、土木结构房屋、不牢固的新房、临时搭盖、山洪地灾点、高陡边坡、低洼地带等危险区域人员转移，务必于7月28日上午9时前全部就近转移至钢筋水泥建筑等安全场所之内，并妥善做好生活保障，不得以安全防护等理由，将应转移人员滞留在危险地带。</span>
</p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">二、各乡（镇）、街道要加强堤防巡视巡护，严防暴雨造成的漫堤溃堤，对存在山洪风险的村庄，坚决果断全面转移所有涉险群众。</span>
</p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">三、危险区域人员转移工作由各乡（镇）党委、政府和街道党工委、办事处负责实施，以乡（镇）、街道为单位，落实到村（居）、到组、到户、到人。</span>
