text-wrap: wrap;"><strong>交通运输部关于优化2024年春节假期收费公路免收小型客车通行费时段的通知</strong></p><p style="text-align: left; text-wrap: wrap;">各省、自治区、直辖市、新疆生产建设兵团交通运输厅（局、委）：</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">根据《国务院关于批转交通运输部等部门重大节假日免收小型客车通行费实施方案的通知》，以及《国务院办公厅关于2024年部分节假日安排的通知》的放假调休日期安排和“鼓励各单位结合带薪年休假等制度落实，安排职工在除夕（2月9日）休息”等要求，现就做好优化2024年春节假期小型客车免费通行时段有关事宜通知如下：</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">一、2024年春节假期小型客车免费通行时段起止时间为2月9日（除夕）00:00至2月17日（正月初八）24:00。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">二、各省级交通运输主管部门要组织收费公路经营管理单位，按照《交通运输部办公厅关于印发<重大节假日免收小型客车通行费运营保障方案>的通知》（交公路明电〔2021〕46号）要求，切实做好春节期间公路保通保畅及免收小型客车通行费有关工作。</p><p style="text-wrap: wrap;">三、2024年春节假期时间较长，预计公众出行意愿较强，公路交通流量将再创新高，路网保通保畅和服务保障工作压力较大。各省级交通运输主管部门要充分总结2023年中秋国庆假期公路网通行服务保障经验做法，深入分析部分路段拥堵原因，会同有关部门提前研究进一步提升路网保通保畅服务措施，按照部的统一部署，切实提升路网通行能力和服务保障能力，为人民群众便捷高效出行提供优质服务。</p><p style="text-align: right;
