通泰街道：“改”出小区新面貌 “造”就居民新生活

2em;">通泰街道跃进社区采购站小区建成于上世纪60年代初，占地1.3万多平方米。改造前小区基础设施老旧，无停车位，卫生环境脏乱差，影响居民正常生活。今年，通泰街道把该小区改造纳入为民办实事的项目之一，投资400万元推进小区雨污分流，强弱电下地，路面“白改黑”，拆除违章搭建10余处，新增太阳能灯23个、车位45个、充电桩5个。在改造中保留小区原有一些历史风貌，营造文化氛围，打造绿化景观，修建休闲场所，提升小区居民生活品质。</p><p></p><section
