2px;">考虑到新春临近，为避免返乡群众办事等候时间过长，邵武市政务服务中心特地开展“提前半小时”暖心举措，在原有的服务时间基础上，提前半小时开门，让群众可以进入大厅等候区休息、提前预约取号，改变群众“提前到”但只能“门外站”的尴尬局面。从小事着手、从实处着力，用提前的“半小时”赢得群众的“真满意”。</span></p><p style="text-align: 2px;">在邵武市政务服务中心可以看到，大厅内整洁明亮、秩序井然。工作人员正以饱满的热情和耐心接待前来咨询的办事群众。“春节期间来办事的群众明显增多了，为避免返乡群众‘扎堆等候’的情况发生，我们通过告知前来办事的群众办理流程和具体到几号窗口办理，最大限度节省群众的办事时间。”导服台工作人员周君说道。而一旁的取号处，也专门安排了工作人员，及时为市民解疑答惑，协助办理。在工作人员的引导下，昭阳街道的许先生提前叫了号，并到达指定窗口前排队等候。“这次返乡回家探亲，感受到家乡最大的变化就是政务服务水平明显提高了，本来一个小时的流程现在半个小时就全部搞定了。”许先生说道。</span></p><p
